This is more of a short note than an actual journal entry, but I thought I should write out an explanation at least a couple of places.
So, a few of the new vials I'll be uploading tonight are going up at a marked discount to start with. I was going through my supplies tonight and found some of the materials I bought 5 years ago when I started that I have since largely moved away from in preference of higher quality materials. Largely, the polished, chipped, gemstone beads that you get from craft stores. Now, the stones are still real, I always insisted on real and undyed stones, however, I don't get these anymore because I really believe the quality is so much less. But, I have them, and I should use them up and get them out of my stock, so the Vials made with these are being marked way down to begin with. Think of it kind of like a discount line. No sterling silver wire, no fancy, raw gemstones, but still all the same craftsmanship, meaning and intent.
So, that's why this latest batch (except for Desert Thunder) are so much cheaper than normal.
