As far as being back home; at least I'm being fed well. Still having problems sleeping, still having nightmares, still crying almost everyday, still on maximum dosage of my meds, still haven't gained back the 15lbs I lost.

In short, nothing's changed very much, except now I have 120+ channels to watch, and I'm never left by myself except after I go to bed.

Had to update as Mom just called me outside to hear the town Tornado alarm. It's the first time any of us have ever heard this particular alarm; not because we've never had Tornadoes, or heard OTHER town's tornado alarms; but just because we live several miles out in the county. We never thought you COULD hear the sirens all the way out here. It's eerie and creepy. Not anything to do with the storm or the weather, I like this pre-storm weather, but the sound, it's ghostly and very quiet, howling and ambient in the wind. I can't say I've ever heard anything like it.
